Catching Up With Aquatic Science on KUMD's Northland Morning

Minnesota Sea Grant and KUMD Radio (103.3 FM) are at it again. During
this season's radio program, Sea Grant's Judy Zomerfelt delivers
university research concerning aquatic systems and coastal communities
to listeners with a splash of fun. Listen to Catching Up With Aquatic
Science on KUMD Radio (103.3 FM) Wednesdays at 7:45AM.

In the first episode of Catching Up With Aquatic Science, Zomerfelt gabs
with UMD graduate student Jason Kish about the lesser-known microbes of
the deep waters of Lake Superior. This week, professor Jim Cotner talks
about how lakes develop "love handles" and the carbon cycle. Sign up for
the weekly podcast (also available through iTunes) or listen to the 5
minute shows archived at: http://www.seagrant.umn.edu/radio/catchingup/
