The Great Lakes Compact in Michigan: One Year Later

The Great Lakes Water Resources Compact -- a new law designed to
transform the protections of Great Lakes water -- has been on the books
for almost one year. Join our diverse panelists -- all veterans of Great
Lakes water wars -- as they explore whether the Compact is living up to
its promise. Where is the Compact working, and where is it not? The
answers could signal the future of the Great Lakes.
