The U.S. and Canadian governments are about to begin preparing language 
for a new Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement, but it is possible that 
the public won't be able to see a proposed agreement when a public 
comment period opens in in early 2011. In this webinar, we'll look at 
the future of the renegotiation, the recommendations forming among the 
environmental community, and what a public consultation process should 
look like.
