*Dear Great Lakes Community,*

*The Coastal Zone 2011* <http://www.doi.gov/initiatives/CZ11/index.htm> (CZ11)
conference is seven months away - July 17-21, 2011at the Hyatt Regency in
downtown Chicago.  This international conference, which attracts between
850-1000 attendees, is being held in the Great Lakes in 2011 and this is our
opportunity to show the world the great work happening on our important and
unique coasts.

*Please consider participating and hosting a booth in the exhibition area. *

The CZ11 exhibition will be limited to 30 spaces on a first come, first
served basis.  Spaces cost $3000 each and include the following:

• 8x10 foot space
• 1 complimentary registration
• 2 chairs
• 1 table
• 1 small sign
• pipe and drape
• Wifi in the exhibit hall
• Recognition on the conference website
• Recognition in the conference program
• An exhibition /poster session welcoming reception on Monday evening in the
exhibit hall
• An exhibition /poster session luncheon on Tuesday in the exhibit hall
• Coffee breaks in the exhibit /poster session luncheon on Tuesday and
Wednesday in the exhibit hall
• Set-up on Monday & take-down on Thursday

Not included:
• Electricity
• Shipping costs for your exhibit and materials
• Set-up and take-down additional labor if needed,
• Other individual exhibit rental needs which will be available from Freeman
Exhibit Services
• Registration for all exhibitors is required (1 free registration is
included)

*Reserve your space now!  *Spaces are available on a first come, first
served basis so get your name in now by e-mail to Lynne.Mersfelder at noaa.gov.
Forms and an exhibitor package will be sent later.

CZ11 is co-hosted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration,
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency,
the U.S. Department of the Interior, The Nature Conservancy, the State of
Illinois Department of Natural Resources, and the National Fish and Wildlife
Foundation. Partners include Coastal America, FEMA, the Shedd Aquarium, the
City of Chicago Parks District, the states of Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin,
Michigan, and others.
