GLIN==> Standards for Living Organisms in Ships' Ballast Water Discharged in U.S. Waters

On 20 December, the Office of Management and Budget published the revised schedule for the Ballast Water Discharge Standard rulemaking.  The rule is now expected by April 30, 2011.
