coal ash spilled from a power plant
into a river in Tennessee.  Tanya
Ott has an update on the toxins 
they're finding in the spill area.

And... cleaning up dioxin in the
ground.  Shawn Allee reports that
that the Obama Administration is
moving ahead with clean-up guidelines
for dioxin in soil.  The guidelines
are coming before the science behind
such dioxin clean-ups is completed.
