The Michigan Invasive Plant Council (MIPC) announces its 2009 symposium,
titled "Successful Invasive Species Management Programs." Our symposium
this year will celebrate victories in the battle against invasive
species. The symposium will also reveal the results of the MIPC
"Michigan Plant Invasiveness Assessment System." We've spent several
years analyzing nearly 30 potentially invasive plant species in various
settings throughout the state of Michigan, and are finally prepared to
present the results!
