The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and University of Wisconsin - Extension are pleased to release the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Draft Management Plan (DEIS/DMP) for the proposed Federal designation of the Lake Superior National Estuarine Research Reserve. Public review of the document is an important part of the process. Comments made at the public meeting and in writing will inform development of the Final Environmental Impact Statement.
