Come and Explore one of Canada’s Biodiversity Hotspots and network with
conservation experts in Ontario. Carolinian Canada Coalition and Ontario
Nature invite you to join us for *"Exploring Our Watersheds"* *May 28-30,
2010* in Sarnia, Ontario, just minutes from Port Huron, Michigan. This major
conservation event will showcase the rich diversity of Lambton County in
Carolinian Canada, a region with the highest concentration of Species at
Risk in Canada.

Celebrate 2010 the *International Year of Biodiversity* by visiting this
special part of Canada: share, learn and experience all that Lambton's World
Class Natural Areas in Carolinian Canada have to offer.

Highlights include a field trip to Walpole Island First Nations, located at
the intersection of 3 international migratory flyways and containing
globally significant habitats and nationally endangered species, a
presentation by the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario and a cruise on
the St. Clair River. Talks and workshops range from coastal stewardship and
green energy to aquatic Species at Risk and natural landscaping.

   - Be sure not to miss an exciting discussion on "Stewarding Carolinian
Coasts", a great overview of some local and provincial initiatives dedicated
   to maintaining southern Ontario's biodiversity!

   - Get updated on the Big Picture and Greenways: southern Ontario’s major
landscape-scale conservation and ecosystem recovery programs.

   - Find out about Carolinian Canada’s new Lake Erie north shore trail
   initiative.

*Take advantage of the Early Bird discount and register by April 15th, 2010.

**Your local hosts are Sarnia Urban Wildlife Committee, Lambton Wildlife
