Featured speaker: Paul Halverson 

 

"Biking across America" 

Career mariner Paul Halverson pedaled his bike last summer from Everett,
Washington to Bangor, Maine - a total of 3,406 miles - to draw attention
to the plight and needs of Disabled American Veterans. Halverson, a
two-tour Vietnam vet (1966-69), earned a Purple Heart for meritorious
service. The Superior native is founder/former president of the Western
Great Lakes Pilots Association.  

 

GUESTS are always welcome. In fact, "LUNCH IS ON US!"  As a way to
introduce more folks to PROP CLUB and boost membership ranks, the board
has decided to "pick up the tab" for a guest's first lunch meeting this
year.
