David Ullrich is the Executive Director of the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative. His responsibilities include working with U.S. and Canadian mayors from across the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Basin to advance the protection and restoration of the resource. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Ullrich served for 30 years at the U.S. EPA’s Great Lakes regional office in Chicago. He is currently a member of the International Joint Commission and serves as the U. S. Section Chair for the Great Lakes Fishery Commission.

Jeffrey Rogers is a Professor in the Geography Department and the Atmospheric Sciences Program at The Ohio State University. He is the State Climatologist for Ohio and performs research on the causes of short-term climate variability around the United States.

Jon MacDonagh-Dumler recently joined the Institute of Water Research, Michigan State University as a Visiting Assistant Professor. In 2008-2009 he was a Fulbright Scholar in Ireland researching the Water Framework Directive which the European Union designed to sustainably manage all water resources, including adaptation to climate change. Jon also previously served at the Great Lakes Commission.
