Come celebrate the completion of the Great Lakes Legacy Act Ashtabula
River Habitat Project

On Friday, May 7th, the Ashtabula habitat project partners will
celebrate the completion of the habitat project at the 5 1/2 slip
peninsula on the Ashtabula River. This is the first ever habitat
project under U.S. EPA's Great Lakes Legacy Act (GLLA). This habitat
work follows the GLLA Cleanup of the Ashtabula River that resulted in
the removal of nearly a half million cubic yards of PCB-contaminated
sediments.

The habitat event will begin at 1 pm at the Ashtabula Yacht Club's
clubhouse (Raoul's) - see map
