Binational Public Engagement for the Negotiations to Amend the Great
Lakes Water Quality Agreement
The Governments of Canada and the United States (the Parties) recognize
the importance of engaging the Great Lakes community as they proceed
with the negotiations to amend the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement
(GLWQA).  Therefore, to ensure broad and meaningful public engagement,
the Parties are inviting public input on a number of substantive issues
being addressed during the negotiations.
