The American Great Lakes Maritime History Conference being held Sept.
9-11 in Superior. 

 

You need not be a member of the association to participate in any/all of
the activities. Highlights include:

*        Dinner Friday evening aboard the Vista Star with guest speaker
Patrick Dorin discussing rail transport of iron ore from the mines to
the ports. 

*        Saturday's dinner at the UWS Union, with Dr. Richard Stewart
talking about challenges to passenger cruise lines on the Great Lakes.

 

Attached is the full, two-day schedule. Coordinators have extended the
registration deadline to this Friday. To register, simply call or email:
