GLIN==> FEIS/FMP - Lake Superior National Estuarine Research Reserve

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and University of Wisconsin Extension are pleased to release the Final Environmental Impact Statement and Final Management Plan (FEIS/FMP) for the proposed federal designation of the Lake Superior National Estuarine Research Reserve.  Copies of the FEIS/FMP are available on the NERRS website at http://nerrs.noaa.gov/Reserve.aspx?ResID=LKS and upon request to the NOAA Estuarine Reserves Division.

NOAA is not required to respond to comments received as a result of issuance of the FEIS/FMP.  However, comments will be reviewed and considered for their impact on issuance of a record of decision (ROD).  
The ROD will be made available publicly following the final agency action on or after October 4, 2010.
