GLIN==> Cement Plant Emissions

This published final national MACT standard amendment 
in today's federal register that covers mercury emissions
will address cement plants throughout
the Great Lakes, including Michigan's Lafarge facility at 
Alpena which has emitted as much as 500 lbs of mercury per year.
