He is a member of the Wisconsin Initiative on Climate Change Impacts (WICCI) Science Council, and co-chairs the WICCI Stormwater Working Group. As a Faculty Associate in the UW-Madison College of Engineering, he is working directly with Wisconsin coastal communities to identify climate-related stormwater vulnerabilities and adaptation strategies, with funding from NOAA and Wisconsin Sea Grant.
