FY 2011 federal appropriations update 
On March 18, the President signed a three-week continuing resolution (CR),
H.J. Res. 48, to fund the government until April 8. The CR includes $6
billion in budget cuts. This is the sixth in a series of CRs that Congress
has passed while negotiations continue on a budget for the current year
