Will you be in Detroit next Thursday for Great Lakes Week? If so, join us
Thursday evening for dinner and a boat cruise on the Detroit River. Local
leaders will discuss restoration work on the Detroit River and ample time
will be available to relax and network with Great Lakes leaders from across
the region.

The dinner buffet will feature carved prime rib, crab-stuffed salmon,
chicken picata, vegetarian alfredo lasagna, potato dauphinoise, cheese
tortellini with pesto cream sauce, wild rice, Caribbean vegetable medley,
and assorted salads, rolls and dessert.

All for just $35!

The dinner cruise is open to all participants in Great Lakes Week activities
and their guests; participation in the Areas of Concern conference is NOT
required. However, registration for the event is being managed online
through the AOC conference webpage at
http://www.glc.org/rap/aocconference11.html. Simply check the box for
"Thursday Dinner Cruise on the Detroit River Only."

The boat is docked just south of the Renaissance Center on the Detroit
River. It will board at 6:00 p.m.; depart at 7:00 p.m.; and return at
approximately 10:00 p.m.

This event is sponsored by the Great Lakes Commission, the Fred A. and
Barbara M. Erb Family Foundation, Cardno JFNew and the URS Corp.
