The Late Registration fee started September 8 and all registrations must be received by C.O.B. September 14th.

Please note that Monday field tours are limited in available space and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Hotel info:

The conference will be held in Michigan City, Indiana at the Stardust Event Center located in the Blue Chip Hotel.  A block of rooms was reserved at the hotel for conference participants and for Sunday night through Wednesday night, 9/25, 9/26, 9/27, and 9/28/2011 with rooms available at $79 and $99 per night plus tax rates.

A credit card guarantee or first night's deposit is required with a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice. All guests will be required to provide a credit card or cash at check-in for incidental charges. Please note after Sunday, September 4, 2011 hotel reservations ARE taken on a "rooms available" basis and the group rate is not guaranteed - as of this time a few rooms are left but not for the full week.
