Job Opening: Campaign Director, Healing Our Waters - Great Lakes Coalition

The Healing Our Waters - Great Lakes Coalition consists of more than 120 environmental, conservation, and outdoor recreation organizations, zoos, aquaria and museums. Our member organizations represent millions of people who share a common goal of restoring and protecting North America's greatest freshwater resource, the Great Lakes. The Coalition is jointly operated by the National Wildlife Federation and the National Parks Conservation Association and is directed by a Governance Board made up of national and regional organizations.

The Healing Our Waters Coalition Campaign Director is responsible for directing a multi-million dollar, multi-organization campaign to obtain policies and funding to restore the Great Lakes. The director's responsibilities include designing campaign strategy; building and maintaining a broad coalition; managing and following the directives of a multi-organization Governance Board; coordinating media, grassroots, and policy activities by dozens of organizations; fostering relationships with key funders; and managing campaign staff. This campaign is expected to last 5 years or more and is operated in partnership with the National Parks Conservation Association.
