NRC National Town Hall Dialogue

The National Recycling Coalition (NRC) has 
tendered an offer from Keep America Beautiful 
(KAB) to acquire all assets of the NRC and 
continue the NRC programs through an NRC 
Executive Board, as a unit of KAB.  Speakers will 
offer arguments for and against the 
proposal.  This will be an open forum, with a 
national phone line for all NRC members.
