[p2tech] energy efficiecy payback - The Tool For You

An extraordinary tool for your use is E2Finance, developed in 1990s by
Tellus Institute but no longer supported.  It does just about every
financial calculation for EE investments that you need.  And its free.  I
have been hosting a download of it from my website for several years.

There is a more simple version of it in Excel format, P2Finance, also
available.
 
If you use it and it's useful please let me know, I am trying to collect
user feedback.  Its the best financial analysis tool for capital investments
that no one has ever heard of.

Here's a link to a tool that calculate the savings...but it doesn't do ROI
or calculate payback.  For that, you'll need to know the project cost, which
is highly site specific.
 
Although it is called "Texas Sized Energy Savings" it can be used anywhere.
