[p2tech] Great Opportunity at ISTC

Attached is a revised announcement for Director of the Illinois
Sustainable Technology Center.  The committee has revised the
qualifications to allow those with a Juris-Doctorate (JD) to apply for
the position.  It is being re-advertised and the closing date has been
extended to October 9, 2009.  Please help distribute this to anyone that
