[p2tech] materials accounting question

Hi Mark,

I've attached a report we did on materials accounting a decade ago for the
National Pollution Prevention Roundtable and participating companies from
the Business Roundtable.  The report was the result of a collaborative
effort of the companies, NPPR, and state government and NGO participants.
