Mendota Light Station
Located on Keweenaw Peninsula in Bete Grise, the light station was renovated in 1998 and shines once again.

Michigan Lighthouse Project
Established in 1998, the project's mission is to increase public and governmental awareness of lighthouse preservation issues and identify ways to ensure the long-term preservation of Michigan's lighthouses.
